All deposits are non-refundable. Liv for Cakes will decide based on situation whether they will provide credit for said deposit. Dates are transferable at the discretion of Liv For Cakes Miami. and dependent on availability.

In case of a weather emergency, if we advise you of order cancellation or changes and client has not cancelled the order for a later date, the client is responsible for the collection of goods regardless of storm status. No credits nor refunds will be provided. If a cancellation is made ahead of the goods preparations, the event date will be transferred to a later date. No refunds will be provided only credits towards a later scheduled event date.
